When you find a home in our listings marketplace that you want to see, click the “Schedule a visit” button on the property page, pick your tour time, and provide your mobile number and email. We'll ask you to verify your date of birth and enter a code we send you via SMS. You’ll then get a text from our friends at Plaid with a link to verify your identity with a state ID, passport, or other approved form of ID. After that, you'll get a text message that lets you know your tour is confirmed. About 24 hours ahead of your scheduled tour time, you’ll receive a reminder message, and 15 minutes before your tour begins, you’ll get a text with a temporary code for the front door. Head on in and enjoy!
